I went to the doctor today for a 32 week ultrasound to see if our lil guy has turned yet and still he's right side up. No worries the of course we still have plenty of time. But my big worry right now is my doctor was concerned that he has short femur bones. She said I shouldn't worry because me and my husband aren't that tall (I'm 5'5" and hubby is 6'0"). She is requesting another ultrasound but in 4D to get a better image of him. I was just wondering if anyone else out there in the wonderful world of pregnancy had an issue like this, what was the outcome, am I over reacting? Thanks so much everyone [3

I went through the same thing. At around 32 weeks I had a ultrasound and my baby's head was measuring big and legs were short. I thought I was going to have a dwarf. He is 2 months old now and come to find out the ultrasound was off on his head, it measured fine when he was born. His legs are short (he was 19 inches at birth) but nothing abnormal. Try not to worry like I did. I wasted the last two months of my pregnancy worrying about something that will more than likely turn out fine.

Tracey dont worry a minute! There are so many posts on here where stupid docs freak out moms by saying some measurement is too small and then at the birth its all just fine and normal! Enjoy pregnancy, its really once in a life time. xx
