I am 11 days late and having spotted brownish like stuff coming out and I have been having cramps for 4 days now. I have also taken a prego test and it was also negative. Either I am prego or something else is wrong with me is all I know..ha. I think maybe we need to wait at least a month before taking another test...ha. Maybe its too early. I don't know. I have posted three times on here and nobody is answering my posts so not sure.

I found a fabulous site, which had live chat and I was able to speak to a midwife. I guess I hated being in limbo not knowing - either give me my period or say I am having a baby.

She suggested I go to the doctors and get a blood test. The doctor was great he said I was doing the right thing. He mentioned that because I want to be pregant I could be worrying by wanting hence the delay.

However they have taken bloods and I get the results tomorrow morning. I will let you know how I go.

Kool! I hope everything works out for ya! Please let me know! I would do that but my insurance won't pay for that so not able to do that. I will just wait and see what happens which I hate waiting but oh well...ha.

Hi there I am also a newbie here. It is amazing how many women are going through the same situations. I am 33 y/o and I do not have any children. I decided in the beginning to go to a RE and have some tests done. Everything is normal. Found out I had a polyp and had it removed. Less than a week after found out it grew back and had it clipped and burned. My periods have ALWAYS been very regular 28-30 days. My LMP was August 9th. When I ovulate I always get a short pain. I had sex 2 days prior to that pain. This is the first time that I have had unprotected sex in years. I was expecting my period on Sept 8th and it didn't come. Now it has been 3 days. I was in class yesterday and I had a slight cramp and thought AF was here. So I rushed to the restroom and there was very very little there. It was pinkish mixed with a little brown. The day before I noticed mucous that looked like snot (I know TMI...lol). This morning...there was nothing. My bbt are above 98.3 but I am getting negative tests. Could that be implantation bleeding? I am always hungry, my breasts are swollen but not swore. I usually get both and they would hurt so much I couldn't even wear a bra. I get nauseous at times and have had a few dizzy spells. Plus I am tired all the time. Should I wait a couple of days to see what happens or just go and get blood work done? Any advice?

Well ladies unfortunately I am not pregnant. I went to the doctors this morning for my blood test results and they were negative. The doctor has suggested I wait another week for my period if no luck another home test.

I shall continue trying - thats the fun part anyways :)

i am sorry to hear that. yeah that is the fun part ha. apparently i am not prego because the timing wasn't right but its ok. me and my hubby don't have sex that much anyways...ha. before aug 30th it had been 9 months...ha. he don't won't kids and is scared that i will become prego i guess not sure. anyways, well just keep trying it will happen when the good lord gives a baby to ya!

There are enough instances of negative home preg tests until 2 weeks late that you should not start to give up hope until then. Use first morning pee, dip method. A blood test might (or might not) give you and earlier answer. In countries that keep their health care costs down, the doctor is not much interested in seeing you until you miss a second period. Meanwhile, prenatal vitamins are a good idea. If you had timely exposure, are late with strong early signs, keep hoping!
