Hi every1, I am so confused - my husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a year now and nothing has seemed to work. although lately I have been feeling like I have cramps, nausea, I had a sharp pain in my breast last night and swore I saw some blood today but still a week away from my menstrual cycle. I also have felt like I have had a stomach bug for the last couple of days - could this mean i am pregnant or is my mind playing tricks on me because I want a baby so bad? I did do a HPT test today but came out negative - do I need to wait for when my period is expected to actually test again.

Wait until you are for sure late, then test again. They say it is OK to do a fertility consult once you have been trying for a year, but let's hope you are lucky this time around - that could have been implantation spotting you just saw. Good luck!

Hello grandpa viv, thank you for your response and I truly hope I am expecting a little bundle of joy soon. I have made a appointment to see a fertility doctor and will be going to them tomorrow so hopefully I will get some unanswered questions verified. I will keep you informed if all is going well.
