LOWER ABD PAIN ON LEFT SIDE?

I'M 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND HAVE BEEN HAVING LOWER LEFT ABD PAIN X 1 WEEK, MY DR. SAID ITS A CYST THAT FORM ON YOU OVARY WHEN YOU BECOME PREGNANT, HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS?

Angeleyez- I have the same thing. It is called the corpus luetum cyst. It is what produces the hormones responsible for keeping you pregnant until you reach 12 weeks or so. It forms as soon as you ovulate and continues to do its job if you conceive. It is painful at times for me too but it will get better. I hope everything goes well.
