Medication In Early Pregnancy

I am breastfeeding my 7 mth old and just found out i am pregnant, maybe about 5wks along, i have been taking Lorazapam since i was 7.5 mths pregnant, since then i have also just started taking Xanax, in moderate doses. What about my pregnancy now? will this harm the new one? I have terrible trouble sleeping and have anxiety. What do i do?
