Miscarried And Possibly Preg Again... Not Sure!

Hey all!

I had a miscarriage in the end of August (my EDC was 7/7/09) and ended up having to have a D&C on 9/21/09 (my HCG was still 441). I haven't cycled yet and we've been "TTC" since 10/08/09. Over the week and a half or so, I've noticed: moodiness, breast swelling/tenderness/soreness, fatigue, heartburn (no constipation, like the last time), increased appetite, transient nausea (last time the nausea really kicked in 3 weeks into preg) and have been urinating a bit more often. I've noticed some mild cramps over the past 2 days and, this morning, had VERY faint pink-tinged spotting. I FEEL pregnant again, but am not sure... Could I be? I'm a nurse and can't figure this all out! I don't work in OB:). So I'm coming here for some advice from people with experience! What do you think? When should I test? Its really difficult to figure out because I haven't had a period since June, so I don't have a starting point. I'm wondering if I'm having implantation spotting right now... Help!

There was a woman on here a while back who went through the same thing. You could start testing once the signs you mention have been present for more than a week. Test weekly using first morning pee. GL!

Thanks! We're going to take our first test on Saturday:). What was the outcome of the other woman with the similar situation? I'm still spotting and having mild cramping, but nothing that seems to resemble any signs or symptoms of my periods. The spotting is still very light. Interested to hear what happened with the other woman!

I lost a pregnancy mid January this year, didn't need a D&C (very early loss). Anyway I'm 39 weeks & 6 days pregnant today. They think I got pregnant on 2.05.09, so you defiantly could be! Good luck!
