No Aunt Flo, Negative Pregnancy Tests

My cycle ranges anywhere from 28 days to 31 days. I stopped checking my temp a couple months ago to give myself a mental break, but I had been temping for a year and I've never gone beyond a 31 day cycle. I'm currently on day 35 of this cycle with no menstruation or pregnancy signs. I took a pregnancy test on day 29 and again on day 33 and they were both negative. I had cramps around when I would expect implantation to occur. Nothing else, no more cramps, no tender breasts (I usually get this before Aunt Flo arrives), nothing.
My prolactin levels and thyroid were tested earlier this year and were fine. Two months ago I had a laparoscopy and tubal sufflation with which everything came back fine.
Now this. Any ideas?
