I am pregnant after having 3 m/c in a row. This time I naturally conceived after treatments of Metformin for the last 4 months for PCOS. At 4wk 2d my betas were 670 and less than 48 hours later jumped to 1476. My prog is 19.8. Last time my prog was only 13.5 and my betas at 6 weeks were only 450 and 909. So, this is sounding much better to me. I have an u/s tomorrow to confirm an intrauterine pg since I am also high risk for tubal. My numbers are on the very high end for singleton so I'm hoping maybe for twins rather than molar. Anyone have similar story? Anyone end up with twins after many losses? Twins do run in my family. But I'll be happy with one healthy baby!

My u/s last friday showed one sac measuring about 4w4d. Even though I was 5 wks lmp, I know I ovulated after day 14 so that made sense to me. My doctor said my levels are pretty high for how early it is so maybe next u/s we'll see twins! He said too early to tell right now. Like I said though, I am happy with one healthy pregnancy/baby. Today I go back in to get my prog and betas again. I have another u/s on Monday. So far, no spotting at all. I am extremely exhausted. I also have sore bb, and nausea. But main thing I'm so tired. I'll take this as a good sign that the pregnancy is progressing normally. I'll update after u/s next week! thanks for all your support!

Best of luck! I conceived my baby a few weeks after my M/C (no AF in between). I am now 38 weeks along and have had no issues. Your symptoms and levels all seem promising!
