So Stinkin Confused!

I need some help here. My doctor keeps telling me that my HCG levels are low; but when I bring up the fact that the ranges are so wide it doesn't seem to matter.

LMP Aug 5
Sept 1 (+) Urine preg test & HCG 23.9
Sept 3 HCG 61.5
Sept 5 HCG 94
Sept 9 HCG 372.6 (5 weeks pg)

I just left my doctor's office and all he could say was that I'm still considered to have a low level and that he needs to prepare me for the worst, that I should consider stopping my supplemental progesterone and just let nature take it's course as this isn't going to be a viable pregnancy.

HELP, SUGGESTIONS, Similar Situations?

obfocus.com/questions/qanda7.htm says that "normal" hCG at 5 weeks is between 19 and 7,340. A week from now the lower limit is 1080. Good luck!
