im 17 weeks pregnant and have been feeling the baby move i have had just little flutters. this morning when i was walking to work i had a different feeling it was like something gliding under my ribs it was wierd but nice is this baby movement aswell

I think that it could be the baby, but usually it's not that high yet. My dr. said when i feel that it could be my other organs adjusting to the fast growing uterus, and pushing up against my ribs. I think it could be either one, maybe even gas bubbles. It's always nice to think it's the baby though. Good Luck!

SORRY DIDNT MEAN TO PUT IT TWICE

tiffany - December 15th, 2005 10:53 AM

your welcome. Do they think that the dates are off? Good luck with the really big baby. My first was born at 35 weeks and was still 6lbs 9oz i couldn't imagine what he would have been at full term, and now he'll be 2 on jan 5 and he's the size of a 4 year old. He's always been in the 140th percentile..my little monster :-)

SOPH - December 15th, 2005 11:04 AM

AHH BLESS. ARE YOU EXPECTING AGAIN THEN. NO THEY SAID MY DATES ARE RIGHT COZ I WAS CERTAIN OF MY LAST PERIOD I HAD IT IN MY DIARY

tiffany - December 15th, 2005 11:06 AM

i am expecting again. I am 27 weeks today, due march 16. I can't wait too, it's fun. :-) That's good that you kept such good track of your dates. We had to figure it out by the u/s because I got off the pill and 2 days later concieved, my dr. couldn't believe it, she started calling me fertile mertile:-)

SOPHIE - December 15th, 2005 11:10 AM

wow. yeah i'm excited what are you hoping for i want a little girl.

tiffany - December 15th, 2005 11:20 AM

my last u/s they said it was another boy, I was really hoping for a girl, you know, one of each, that's okay. My hubby and I are a littel skeptical about the u/s because I really looked like he had a third leg, it didn't look like a penis at all. I'm not sure though, we'll find out for sure at the next u/s. Maybe we are hoping for the girl a little too much, but seriously it really did look like a third leg :-) Too long, or maybe just very well endowed :-) !!

sophie - December 15th, 2005 11:47 AM

im sure it will be fine hope it all goes well i dont know when my next u/s is got to wait till it comes in post

soph - December 15th, 2005 11:54 AM

tiffany - December 15th, 2005 11:57 AM

thank you, you too. I have my next appt at 2 today, so i get to hear the heartbeat, etc. I always look forward to my appts. it also makes the time go faster. And i have time away from my son, don't get me wrong, i love him to death, but I need a little break sometime (stay at home mom) or I'll go crazy w/ baby!! :-)

soph - December 16th, 2005 3:02 AM

ahh bless him. i know what you mean i am qualified in childcare and used to look after 16 children a day. good look at your appointment today hope it goes well.

tiffany - December 16th, 2005 8:54 AM

my appt went well yesterday, everything is good. Heartbeat is strong, and he was definitely showing the dr. his gymnastic skills :-). TIme flies by so fast though, I can't believe I only really have 12 weeks left, it's crazy!! Good luck w/ your peanut. :-)

SOPH - December 16th, 2005 9:07 AM

Oh good has he only had 2 legs then. have you thought of a name yet

tiffany - December 16th, 2005 9:14 AM

not sure about the 2 legs :-) I have to request and u/s and my next appt to find out. We'll see. We've thought of a few names, but i never thought it would be this hard, i can think of so many girls names i like, but not many boys. WE really like the name Ryder, but we can't find any name to go with it. We also like Zackary, and Luke. I really like the names Aiden and Haden, and Brady, but nephew is named Bradyn, so I really don't want any names that are so close to his, it may get too confusing. For girls, I like Bria, Makenna, Lexa, Maryn, and Neveah (heaven spelled backwards) pronounced NAH-VAY.
