I Can't Shake This Feeling That I'm Further Along...

then what my midwife thinks i am. i had a regular period on August 31 then Sep 23 i had a strange period. it was early and had a weird flow. the whole week before the Sep period i was have lots of pinching cramps and a tender lower belly. this was not normal for me. i just can't let go of how nothing is adding up right. i haven't had an ultrasound yet but i have my next appointment on the 9th with a different midwife so i'm going to see what she has to say. if i'm right then i'm really 17 weeks not 14. has anyone had a similar situation?

I feel the same way ! I am going to the dr's wed. b/c at 6 weeks i should not be this big when i am constantly sick . I know i am either further along or having twins ! haha

Was your cycle normally only 23 days?The midwife is probably basing her opinion on the fact that your chart says LMP was Sep 23. Signs starting Sep 16 and an unusual period Sep 23 suggest your pregnancy should be dated Aug 31 from sex maybe Sep 11. Good luck

I know how your feeling, I had an ultrasound and they moved my due date from Feb to March. My lmp was May 20 06. I did a ovulation kit so I knew when to have sex. I didn't have a period in June so. My Dr won't listen to me. She is going by the ultrasound. The ultrasound tech said that I may have ovulated late so that put in into March. I'm just going to let my baby come when she comes. If you know when your lmp was then go with your gut.
