Congrats on your pregnancy. Have you started prenatal vitamin's yet? If not I would go a head start them. If I where you I would take them right before you go to bed because they can make you sick. Drink plenty of water. Congrat's on your pregnancy.

Congrats! Yeah, I second what austynsmommy said about vitamins and water. Try to really take in a lot of protein and calcium through your food as well. Things like good meats (chicken, steak) or tofu are good, as well as green veggies...well ALL veggies are good:) But just remember, if you have some days where you're craving something, just have a taste, it won't hurt ya. It's just good to eat as best you can while you're pregnant! :)

Sounds like you are doing great! Just take your prenatals, don't smoke or drink. Stay away from raw foods, like sushi, eggs (even ceasar salad dressing has raw eggs in it), limit your fish intake, because of the mercury in it, and don't eat unpasturized cheeses. Drink lots of water, rest when your tired, women can lift alot more than most think when pregnant and not cause harm, but learn the correct way to lift and of course don't over do it. Also exercise has shown to help with birthing. Yoga is great for expecting moms. Stay a few feet away from microwaves when using them, and stay away from paint or chemical fumes. I think I covered it all! Have a Happy Healthy 9 months!

So sorry to hear you are going through this! Did they do a ultrasound and determine it isn't ecotopic and also look and see if the miscarriage was complete. Sometimes during a miscarriage some of the tissue can stay inside and it then needs to be removed, they call it a D&C. It is normal to cramp badly for a while after the miscarriage happens, it can be quite painful. You will bleed and pass clots before it is over, the bleeding can last for a few days or up to a few weeks even. I would call your Dr. again and demand him to fill you in on what has happened.

i hav talked 2 my doc and da doc told me dat they can tell if da miscarriage is completed jus by doin a hcg blood test. but i dont really trust my obgyn. and its kind of hard 2 talk 2 my hubby bout it. i cant tell how he feel bout it. he is da kind of guy dat sometimes keeps his feelin n side.
