what exactly do the women on the site mean by 'twinges' or 'flutters', and when do they start to occur? no big deal, i was just wondering hence the name of my title lol. thank you ladies for your responses.

baby movements are described like that, every woman is different in their feeling the first movements. I've heard women feeling them as early as 15 weeks, but they mostly start around week 20.
