I got gential herpes before i was pregnant and I had it bad I mean couldn't walk and so on, and never went a day with out a l;esions, i am 15 weeks pregnant and want to know if anyone else is dealing with this same thing, How are you going about it, I am really trying to be a model sometime in life and dont want to thave to get a c-section, marks all over my stomach, can someone please help.

They will probably give you medication during your last month to prevent further breakouts. That's what I'll be doing to avoid a c-section. I haven't had any issues with breakouts during my entire pregnancy though and my stress level has been at an all time high almost every day it seems.

You can take the medication, starting 34-36 weeks, to help keep you from having a breakout. If you have one when you go into labor, they'll want to do a c-section, which is the best for your baby, especially if you have had herpes for less than 6 years.

Your doctor will most likely put you on medication like the other posts said, about a month before you are due. Regarding your future modeling, I wouldn't be worried about a c-section scar, which is low by your pubic hair line. You probably have to worry more about stretch marks higher on your belly than that scar, unless of course you plan to model in Playboy, in which case, they will just airbrush out your flaws anyway.
