my daughter is 23 or 24 months pregnat, and today the doc, put her in total rest, her blood pressure is 149 /90 can you tell me the risks

I HAD PREECOLAMPSIA WITH MY SON . I STAYED IN THE HASPITAL ALMOST A MOUNTH BEFORE HE WAS BORN . THERE IS A LOT OF RISK YOU CAN HAVE A STROKE A SEIZURES AND YOU CON DIE ALSO FROM IT WITH A HEART ATTACK . THE ONLY WAY TO GET RID OF IT IS TO DIELIVER THE BABY WHEN ITS TIME . SHE WILL HAVE IT TILL THEN . I HAD A C SECTION BECAUSE OF IT . HE WAS BORN HEALTHY HE WEIGHED 5 PONDS 9 OUNCE AND 18 INCHES LONG . I AM HAVING ANOUTHER BABY IN NOVEMBER.
