Someone Tell Me The Odds????

OK.....So last night was the last day of my period. And finally after much disappointment I convinced my hubby to try for a third baby. My first two are complete surprises and so I have no idea when conception occured with either of them.
What I wanna know is .... could I concieve with it having been my last day of period? Or is this completely impossible? Advice here please! I dont know if I can convince him to go for it again, as he has chosen to get fixed in the next month!
