When Will My Wife Start Showing?

My wife is 20 weeks along and still not showing. She has not gained any weight at all. She may even have lost a pound or two.
Dr. is not concerned, so we are not either, but when should she start showing? Is this typical? We have been told by friends that the first pregnancy can be this way, but the next she would show early on. Just wondering when she will start to show.

last Dr visit was end of August. We go in Oct 6 for another check up and ultrasound.

With my first I didn't start showing until about 20-25 weeks. No one thought I was pregnant but once I strated showing..I was really showing. I wouldn't be too concerned especially if the doctor isn't. I'm pregnant with my second right now and I started showing a lot earlier than with the first..but everyone is different. 2new, I am now 26 weeks, I went to my last apt at 24 weeks and before then had not gained a pound. At my 24 week check up I had gained 4 lbs. My Dr. was fine with this. Also it wasn't until about 22 weeks that I showed noticably. Good luck to you!
