How long did it take your wifes anantomy to go back to normal after giving birth? Did it ever completely go back to normal?

My wife is pretty much the same way it was before. She did kegels all through pregnancie and she did them for a month after too. She is pretty much as tight as she was before the baby, but now we hardly have time for sex lol.
