i was at the dr's today for a regular checkup, i have some early symptoms of pg the checkup ended in a blood test for pg. we arnt planning one. should i tell him now or wait till I know for sure. I dont want to scare him.

tell him Asap. It is important he knows. Then you both can make a joint decision as to what to do next.
