Anyone Give LO's Dried Prunes?

Since my dd will not let me feed her very often anymore, she isn't getting her daily bowl of prunes..... Do you think it would be okay if I were to buy dried prunes and soak them in water to soften them up, and cut them up into little pieces? She's 10 months old. What do you think?

I never gave Mason the dired ones because they were too tough, but I never tried soaking them first either. He usually eats the pureed ones, even now. However, I have given them to him in the past with his mesh feeder and he loved them. Do you have one of those? I didn;t soak them or anything, just tossed them in the bag.
