My three week old ds seems to have his days and nights mixed up. I usually wouldn't mind cause i dont work right now, but i also have a one year old that has been sleeping through the night since she was a month old and i never had this problem with her. So during the day i have to take care of her and then im up all night with him sometimes until 5AM!

How can i try to switch his sleeping habits without interfering with caring for my girl, and balance everything out? please im so tired!!
