My dd is 9 months old and learning to walk. She just learned how to push something on wheels and walk with it, that's when I noticed that one of her feet points outward when she walks. I'm planning on getting her doctors opinion at her next appointment but I wanted to hear what you all thought? What could it mean?

Oh and it only drags when she pushes her truck around. When she's being held up it doesn't drag but is still pointed outward.

I wouldn't worry about it now, as she is just starting out with walking- practice makes perfect!

Bring it up to her pediatrican and let him see exactly what she is doing. It is probably nothing to worry about, but it is obviously bothering you a bit.

Thanks, I did talk to her pediatrician. It was hard for him to see it clearly since she was screaming her head off while giving him a demonstration, but he said it should be fine and straighten itself out. He wants to get a second demonstration when she has a good hold on walking to make sure it'll correct itself.
