i'm kind of in the same boat (no family and friends).. luckily, i've been able to make a few friends (literally, a few (3)). i'm a SAHM and i have two boys. i'm able to manage. i'm still getting into the groove though.. my second is only 16 days old.. so the whole thing of 'having two kids' is still pretty new =) But i'm doin it! =D

Hello there...I have six and am pregnant with number 7. I don't have any help either, other than hubby, but he works during the day. But when he comes home he pitches in where ever I need help...dishes, laundry, bath time etc. But when I go to the doctor, kids go to. I go to the grocery store, kids go to. That is just part of the routine. My older ones are getting old enough to be left for a little while, but I always take the little ones. It can be done...it is hard sometimes, but lots of times it is fun...incentives work well!
