Question About Teething And GERD...

My dd is teething (we have 2 teeth so far!), she has silent reflux (just like Bonnie's lo). Im noticing that since the teething started, that her GERD isnt acting "Silent" anymore. Shes now doing the puking thing, and has been making the weird squeeky reflux noises. Has anyone experienced this before?
