My son just turned 6 weeks and he has kind of smiled but not really a full smile. When should he start smiling???

Every baby is different and do things on their own time line. Both my boys were smiling by 4-5 weeks old. I am sure your lo will be smiling up a storm soon. It's nothing to worry about. I think personality has a bit to do with it to. Ds1 didn't smile much while ds2 smiles at just about anything.

My dd didn't smile until 8 weeks. Like DDT said every baby is different.
