Some babies do run a low grade fever while teething. Some babies also have loose poop. Is your lo drooling alot and chewing his fingers? How high is the temp? You can use Boiron Camilia which is a safe homeopathic remedy for teeting. My pedi also recommended rubbing liquid Benadryl on my lo's gums but you should check with your pedi first. You don't want to overdo the Tylenil too much. Also Infants Advil (Ibuprophen) is helpful b/c it is an anti-inflammatory. Good luck and call the pedi if you think your lo is sick and not just teething.

he drools everywhere! lol and cant keep his fingers out of his mouth literily we tried tething rings and he hates them he likes the cold wash cloths to much on sometime! but thank you for your advice! im going to call him right now! thanks
