23 Weeks And Already Dialated To 1 Cm

I had preterm labor with my son and this pregnancy seems to be like it was with my son. I was in the hospital last night because of very heavy bleeding. More than a period. That is when they found out I was already dialated. I'm going back on tuesday for a follow up. Is their anything that would help me not dialate? I can't stand the thought of bedrest. I have a 4 year old and my son is almost two.

Bedrest unfrotunately would be the best thing right now or atleast rest alot. Only do light housework, no vacuuming, mopping, ect. What did your Dr. tell you to do. I would follow his advice because you are definately way too early to have your baby now,asyou know already having a preemie! Good Luck, also I realized this post is old so update if you can.
