Im 37 weeks pregnant and yesterday I went to the doctor and he said i was 80% effaced, dilated 1 cm, and the babys head was at -1 station. Im not sure if im actually feeling the contractions or if its just the baby moving or something. Sometimes I feel my belly get kind of tight and it feels uncomfortable and then sometimes i get this feeling like maybe shes rolling or pushing and i get a sharp pain in my vagina. Sometimes I also feel pain in my lower abdomen but i felt something like that throughout my pregnancy and my doctor had told me it was just my ligaments stretching and the uterus getting bigger so im not sure if thats the same thing im feeling now.
