Im 39 weeks pregnant with my first aby and I have not dilated yet!! Im so depressed. Is there anything I can do to help .

Sex, semen contains the hormone that helps ripen the cerivx. And its totally safe and sometimes fun (for those who are not completely uncomfortable) until your water breaks. so get your hubby and practice making baby number 2.
