4 Cm 80% Effaced!!!

well i'm 36 weeks pregnant today and i have been having a few preterm labor episodesthru this pregnancy at 30 weeks i was dilated to 3 cm 50% effaced i went into labor again at 34 weeks and i have been 4 cm dilated and 80 % effaced since then, this is my fith baby my first was 41 week my second 32 weeks my thir and forth 37 weeks the contraction hick i have everyday ar ejust so painful and i cannot take it no more! my baby is still high is -2 station my question is is that what is preventing me to go into labor? i alway dropped with my other kids but this one isnt!!! and i\what can i do for my baby to engaged in my pelvic?

Walking will help that baby wiggle on down the birth canal. Also will help labor along as long as your ready, and your doc feels that the babies lungs are developed. Walk walk walk.
