Any Information About Labor And How Bad It Is???

I am freaked out about going into labor. Everytime I think about it I feel as if ima get a panic attack! I am going with the natural birth because I have a fear of being numb or not being able to move and feel so the epidural wouldnt work with me. Can anyone give me a heads up on what labor is going to feel like or any experience they have had??? any information regarding this would be extremeyl helpful!! thanks!

relax, you can do it. learn to breathe, look up anything on meditation during labor... make a birth plan, even if you dont follow it youll feel better having it. Labor is tough, but worth it. Awhen youre in labor you just make it work. You havent any other choice. Make sure your partner knows what you want... you will be fine.
