At 36 Weeks I Have Dilated 1cm &100% Efaced

I'm 36 weeks & the doctor told me she is face down and that i have diliated 1 cm and 100% efaced. Does this mean that I can go into labor any day? I am having alot of pressure!

CRF...being efaced means your cervix has thinned. Yes it is possible for you to go into labor any time now...and it is ok at 36 weeks. At the end of 36 weeks babies are considered full term. Your baby will be healthya s can be..so no worries. When you start having contractions at regular intervals, call your doc...or if your water breaks.
