Baby Dropped???

At my 37th week check up the Dr said I was dialated to 2cm and he could feel the head. Does that mean the baby has dropped.

doubt it ! Iam at 39 weeks and the doc can feel babies head also but he says iam still high. Could barely reach to strip membranes and i have been dialated to a 4 since thrusday.

Hi. I am 37 weeks. She can feel my baby's head and said it dropped, but my cervix is closed.
