Gas And Air...?

Im considering just using gas and air as pain relief, but ive heard bad things about the after effects, is there anyone who has used it, or would it be better to have my baby with no pain relief?? help...im terrified about the birth lol!

Hiya, i used gas an air as pain relief and i had no after effects, guess its all different to others, congrats :)

What are the advantages of using these methods? How much does it numb the pain, and do you have to have an IV?
