How Many Days Before Going Into Labor

My daughter is 1 1/2 cm dialated but 70% effaced, approximatley how many days do you think before she goes into labor. She went from 0% to 70% effacement in 1 week.

It could be tomorrow it could be 2 weeks. I was 1-2 cm dialated for 3 weeks before I went into labor.

I agree with Schreck, it could be soon or still weeks away. How far along is your dd?

i was 1cm dilated for 1 week then went into labor

Im 38 weeks, 4 cm, 90% effaced and Im still not in labor. Every woman is different. Your bundle of joy will come when he/she decides to come! Good luck!!

I have 3 boys and with my last one I stayed at 1 cm and 50% effaced for 2 weeks. So really, it just depends. It could be any moment. When I had my middle child I went from 4cm to 10 cm in about 2 hours. So it just depends. Is she having contractions?

Thats all unknown. Babies come when they want...and thats the part that sucks. :). I thought my son was going to be so ready to come out when he was all ready and cooked. He gave me that impression because he was so kicky and fussy and everything...but he is still there...inside. So it all depends on the little one...when they want to come then they will come. Mine better be ready by tomorrow...I cant take this.
