I am 37 Weeks pregnant tomorrow and today I started getting extreamly bad mentral feeling cramps and while I was at walmart when that was happening my whole stomache got really hard twice and hurt....scared the hell out of me but I just want to know what you all think. I don't think I've lost my mucus plug yet and on the 26th I find out if I am dialated or not.

More likely than not, it is just braxton hicks contractions. If labor were starting the contractions would become more and more intense, and it would be undeniable. My advice would be to drink two large glasses of water and lay down on your left side. If you were to call your OB that is what they would tell you to do as well. If they still persist after an hour, then they would want to see you in L&D to be checked. If you have a large soaking tub, that you can totally submerge yourself in, that is great too.

Well I drink about 5 large cups or more of water a day and I tried lying down last night and just felt extreamly uncomfortable....
