Pregnancy Info HOME

im 4CM dialated, and 36 weeks 4 Days along. Im hurting relaly bad and have been in labor before. I do contract and dialate but then i stop. and only have contractions for 12 minutes. Im tired of hurting and im tired of being sent home w/ no baby. Can anyone tell me how i can stop going into labor, dialating, and then stopping? when can they break my water so i can go into full blown labor? cuz obviously this baby doesnt know if it wants to stay or go
