I have heard there are mirrors in the delivery room and the doctors encourage woman to watch the birth while pushing. I am sorry but I know I don't want to watch myself-- I am just going to want to get the pain over with. I can't even take the sight of blood when they prick my finger w/o passing out. Do I have to watch the birth of my baby?

my doctor gives you the option of mirrors or no mirrors. u should ask them if they could reframe from puttin up the mirrors.
