I hear alot about people walking and then going into labor. Do you think starting to walk on a treadmill at 35 weeks is a good idea? It's really cold outside and I have been thinking about doing this as an alternative. Thoughts? It would be a slow setting of course (I'm not sprinting at this stage of the game. Not that I could anyway).

I don't see it being a problem. Walking is walking. No matter how you get it done. I used my treadmill with my last. It's broken since though. Although walking never helped me go into labor with either of my two, it's been suggested a lot. And it can't hurt as far as your weight goes.

I'd do it if I had one. It can't hurt and may make labour easier, etc. I'd say give it a try.
