When Will I Go Into Labor?

I am 37 weeks. 2-3 cm dilated as of wednesday and 70% effaced. I have started losing my mucus plug slowly. When will I go into labor?

Sounds like it could be any day now. The key to labor is to dilate and efface and you are doing both. But, that being said it could still be a little while away. I was dilated 5 cm with no contractions for 2 weeks with my second. I was finally induced, but it was my shortest labor of 3. I lost my mucus plug slowly for 2 weeks before delivering my 3rd, so its all a guessing game. Congratulations on your new addition!
