Back Shock?

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and periodically get this sharp shock in my lower back. Does anyone else get this and know if its any indication of labor?

Im 39.5wks and have had sharp back ache for about a week now. Every time I get up I feel it. I dont think it the beginning of labour. my midwife told me its the weight of the baby laying on the bottom of my spine as your bones become softer when your pregnant.
