Contractions That Cause Nausea

could this be real labor this time? im having contractions about 1 minute long & between 30-1 minute apart (i remind you ive been in labor since Saturday; im 3cms dilated & 75% enfaced.) ive been having contractions since they told me to come back when they are stronger (well they feel like they are; they are starting to get painful sometimes.) also i get them really low in the front; then all over some of the contractions will feel like they are going into my butt. what do you think?

also im getting very warm & feel like i could faint? or something but im not dizzy.

kendra, i read that some women get flu like symptoms when they are in true labor. they get nausea and the runs. do into hospital if your concern, better be safe then sorry.
