Today I had my 37th week drs appointment the dr checked my cervix and told me i am 50% effaced and 2 cm dialated...My due date is June 13th does this mean I will deliver early?

No, it just means you've progressed that far. I know one person who was 100% effaced and 3 cm dialated for a month - and ended up being 2 weeks late to boot. Another person was only 1 cm and delivered the next day.
