How Long Could This Take?????

I went to the doctors on 5/20/04 and i was 3cm dialated i am 37 weeks pregnant and i have been having menstrul like cramps. how long could it be before i actually have my baby???

It could still be awhile. I was 4cm dilated two weeks before my due date, but he was born only two days before it. I spent the entire 12 days thinking "it could be today" thanks to my Dr. and midwifes. Even with that I laboured for 28 hrs. It'll happend when the time is right...don't worry. :-)
