im 40 weeks pregnant and have had enough i have been contracting since last monday and just want some advice on what i can do to help the labour process start off as i am not dialating have not had a show or even my waters havent broken please help

ask your doctor to use the cervidil gel on you. it will help soften your cervix and it may even trigger your labour, it did for me.
