My Labour Has Stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey, i am 40 weeks plus 3 days and had started labour 2 days ago. i went to the hospital and then said i was 1 cm and that my cervix is soft. but now my labour pains have stopped completely. getting a bit down and need some advice thanks
