Premature Labor??

I am 35 wks and 3 days, and i lost my mucus plug 10 days ago, and I have been treated for preterm labor twice. I was 1cm dialated and 50% thinned a week ago. I have been expierancing sharp pains in my pelvic area, back pain and mild contractions. Does this mean I am going to go into labor soon.
