Second Pregnancy

is it worse? I'm more nervous now then I was with the first pregnancy and I gave birth to twins. I fear now because I know it hurts. I know I can do it. I just wondered what should I exspect the second time around?

For me the second birth was a lot easier and shorter. I had less tearing and only pushed for 20 minutes as opposed to the hour and 45 minutes it took to push out our first child. Don't be scared. You will do great. The hard part comes once the baby is out!
