I'm not wanting to induce labor right now since I'm only 36 weeks and need to wait just a little longer. But I was wondering if there are some things that just help you dialate. By this time with my last two pregnancies I was dialated to a 2. So I just feel behind I guess. Thanks

Your body is more effective at going into labour and preparing for the birth, so it does not require as long to get ready. I have read that dialation, and labour can come on quicker for women who have been there before.
