Worried About My Baby

I am 40+2 wks. I went to dr. 3 days ago. baby's heart rate was not right. they said it was too slow. They monitored it for 20 minutes then sent me home. I am 2cm dialated. I started having contractions lastnight but they went away. Should I be worried?

no,try not to worry...they wouldn't have sent you home if there was a problem...do they want to induce if you don't deliver naturally soon? try to relax...it won't be long now!

it anoys me, if they tell you theres a problem, why did they send you home, id go back and demand an explanation.

They haven't said anything about induction. I go back thurs. I will be 1 wk over and I am asuming they will schedule an induction. I had one scheduled for my 1st child after I went over 2 wks but went into labor 2 days before that. I dont understand why they sent me home. The could have just sent me to the hospital then and put me on the drip! Then I wouldn't have to woory about the baby's heart rate for another week.
